Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Home Plan Marketplace (“HPM,” “the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). HPM is owned and operated by Lesuto Technologies, Inc. (“Lesuto,” “we,” “us”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Platform

HPM is a live demonstration marketplace powered by the Lesuto Chameleon™ commerce platform and the Chameleon Commerce SDK. The Site connects buyers with independent suppliers (sellers) of home plans, furniture, and related products. Lesuto acts as the marketplace operator and payment facilitator.

3. Accounts

You may browse the Site without an account. To make purchases, save favorites, or follow stores on Lesuto Hub, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

4. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Lesuto Technologies, Inc. is the merchant of record.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically via Stripe Tax at checkout.
• Orders may be fulfilled by independent suppliers. Estimated shipping times are provided by each supplier and are not guaranteed by Lesuto.
• You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information (when available) via your account dashboard.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return policies are set by each individual supplier and are displayed on product pages and at checkout. Generally:

• Return requests must be submitted within the supplier's stated return window (typically 14–30 days from delivery).
• Digital products (e.g., downloadable home plans) may not be eligible for returns once delivered.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of return approval.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Seller Terms

Suppliers listing products on HPM operate under separate Supplier Agreements with Lesuto Technologies, Inc. Suppliers are responsible for product accuracy, fulfillment, and compliance with applicable laws. Lesuto reserves the right to remove any supplier or listing that violates our marketplace policies.

7. Intellectual Property

• The “Lesuto,” “Chameleon,” and “Lesuto Chameleon” names, logos, and the Chameleon Commerce SDK are trademarks of Lesuto Technologies, Inc.
• Product listings, images, and descriptions are the property of their respective suppliers.
• Home plan designs are protected by copyright. Purchased plans are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise specified by the supplier.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without written permission.

8. Lesuto Hub & Social Features

The Site integrates with Lesuto Hub, our centralized customer platform. By following stores, creating wishlist boards, or using other social features, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and not post or share content that is illegal, harmful, or misleading.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the Site's integrity or security.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site without written permission.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Circumvent any access controls or restrictions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LESUTO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESUTO TECHNOLOGIES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH IT.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
